We want to make sure that you enjoy your day whether you are snorkeling, parasailing, watching dolphins or boating to Crab Island. Below are our most frequently asked questions. We hope these help you plan for your water adventure but if you have any additional questions, or would like more information, please feel free to contact us.
Snorkeling
You must CALL at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled trip time to change, reschedule, or cancel your reservation . If you don’t call or don’t make your reservation time, tickets will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Most likely you will see dolphins while boating to your snorkeling adventure!
Yes! Our captains are US Coast Guard licensed Masters, and both Captain and Crew are specifically trained in all aspects of swimming, snorkel, boat handling with First Aid & CPR!
We ask that kids be 4 years old or older for Fireworks Tour.
Swimming suits and have plenty of sunscreen!
No we do not but they rent them across the street.
After we leave our location we go through the Destin Harbor. The trip takes a total of 2 1/2 Hours.
Yes reservations are required. You will need a major credit card to make a reservation. We recommend 1 to 2 days in advance.
Parasailing

No, you take off and land directly on the boat! After we fit you with a special parasail harness, you are seated next to your partner(s) on the flight deck and then gently launched and retrieved using a hydraulic winch system.
Absolutely not! This is a participant sport.
Minimum age is 6. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver. Minimum combined weight is 150 lbs and maximum combined weight about 500 lbs. Weight requirements change daily due to wind conditions and are subject to Captain’s approval.
For safety reasons we do not allow pregnant women participate in parasailing or the act of observing. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
Yes! Some restrictions apply depending on weight and wind conditions; ultimately it’s the Captain’s decision.
It’s up to you! Just let the Captain know if you want to stay dry or get your feet wet.
Actually it’s quite the opposite. Parasailing is very serene and peaceful. Take off’s and landings are very slow and gentle making you feel as if you are truly ‘floating on air’.
After cruising out of Destin Harbor, your Captain will head South through Destin Pass and into the Gulf of Mexico. If sea conditions are too rough in the Gulf your Captain will head North into the calm waters of Choctawhatchee Bay.
In addition to awesome panoramic views of the Destin beaches and Emerald coast, on occasion you will see dolphins, sea turtles, stingrays, fishermen, tour boats, sunburnt tourists, and lots of colorful beach umbrellas!
No, the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) limits parasails to fly no higher than 500 vertical feet from the surface of the earth (CFR 101.13). 400 feet up is about how high you will get on an 800 ft towline.
Bathing suits if you want to get wet, otherwise shorts, T’s, and flip-flops. Honestly we can fly you in a dress or tuxedo- remember you don’t have to get wet!
Yes! When you make a reservation for parasailing you select the number of Flyers and the number of people who want to go along to watch which are the Observers. Observers can ride for $45 each and must be reserved when making a reservation.
The entire boating adventure takes around 1.5 hours with flights lasting around 8-10 minutes. Each parasail boat holds 12-15 passengers who take turns flying two or three at a time. Please see RATES & INFO page.
Yes! Our Captains are US Coast Guard licensed Masters, and both Captain and crew are specifically trained in all aspects of parasailing, boat handling and flight procedures, with 20 years experience and over 100,000 flights. We are also current members of WSIA (Water Sports Industry Association) which require our operation to adhere to strict operating guidelines to protect the safety of our customers.
Yes! We have several daily departure times throughout the day to choose from. All you need to make a reservation is a major credit card. Call: (850) 650-4630
We recommend at least 2-3 days in advance during peak season (June – August). For large groups of 15 or more please reserve 4-5 days in advance. If you are unsure of your vacation schedule at least try to make a reservation early in the morning before all the boats fill up for the day!
Early Morning! We all like to sleep in while on vacation but you just can’t beat morning flights. Temperatures are in the mid 70’s, the Gulf of Mexico is calm, winds are light, and boat traffic is at a minimum. By going early you also avoid any chance of afternoon showers we commonly get in the summer.

One mile East of the Destin Bridge, on the water side. Across from Emerald Coast Scuba, beside Boshamps Restaurant at 500 Harbor Blvd. We are located in the Just Chute Me Parasail red ticket building.

Yes, but it’s small, don’t plan on spending much time in it.

Yes our boat can handle up to 49 passengers. From Wedding Parties to Family Reunions to a small party Dolphin Cruise.
Most of the time we are in the Gulf of Mexico sighting Dolphins and viewing the beautiful emerald waters, but sometimes the Gulf of Mexico is too rough so we take you back to the Choctawhatchee Bay and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
